Shipping Policy

🚨ATTN CANADIAN CUSTOMERS🚨

I am unable to ship to Canada at this time due to the current Canada Post strike. Shipping to Canada will resume once the strike has been resolved. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

GENERAL SHIPPING

✹ I can ship internationally provided your country can accept mail from the United States.

✹ I cannot send shipments to countries listed in the first 'Suspensions' table here due to ongoing pandemic, regional conflict or other factors. Orders placed from those countries will be canceled and refunded.

Orders containing only stickers are sent in a stamped envelope without tracking.

✹ Customers outside of USA: Additional taxes and import/custom fees may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

✹ Pre-Orders: If at least one item in your order is a pre-order, your order WILL NOT ship until pre-order items ship

UK/EU CUSTOMERS

UK customers: UK shipping is now offered. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and fees that may be due for imported goods

EU customers: VerpackG packaging act requires businesses to register for a LUCID number to ship packages to European countries (Germany, Austria, France). From my understanding, this law is intended for larger businesses rather than small sellers.
My packages may be able to go through customs, however I cannot guarantee if the package will be sent back or not due to not being registered. Please keep this in mind.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

✹ I accept cancellations within 3 days of your purchase unless I've already shipped it out.

✹ I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped out.

I don't offer refunds or replacements for damaged items and lost or stolen packages as I have no control over the packages after I hand them over to the post office.
